As the principle of Cool Heads Publishing, Joyce McMenamon brings an enthusiasm to this worthwhile project. With over twenty years experience as a manager in the resource sector, she is now committing her experience, considerable energies and idealism into the publication of Democratic Rules of Order. She believes it is a book that can improve the world, one meeting at a time.

As a family relation of Fred and Peg Francis, the authors of Democratic Rules of Order, Joyce is eager to share this valuable tool and to continue the work that they started.

The “donate some democracy” program

Cool Heads Publishing is eager to see our book, “Democratic Rules of Order” implemented in areas of our world that need it most. While the book has a very practical application within our society of stratas, labour unions, or environmental organization, think of what a difference it could make to people in countries struggling with basic democracy.

The Needful

If you know of a group that would truly benefit from this book but that doesn’t have the means to purchase it, we want to work with you. Cool Heads Publishing will make some books available for the cost of shipping. Let us know the need and we will do our best to coordinate with donors to cover the cost of shipping.
